We're home! Although it was a bit of an ordeal (missed connections, missing luggage, etc.) we made it home and are settled back into our home. We've even found time to get a dog! We figured we should finish up the blog, so here are some pictures from our 4 nights in London.

China Town for the Chinese New Year

Giant 3 story plant wall in the Anthropologie store

Tower of London

Lanthorn Tower in the Tower of London grounds - built 800 years ago!

These guys are pretty funny. This one's guarding the entrance to the Crown Jewels

The main display in the Tower of London was the Armor of Kings. These were the actual armor pieces worn by the various Kings of England

London Bridge

St Paul's Cathedral

Big Ben is... big. The exit from the Underground put us right at the base.

Westminster Abbey - also big.

Buckingham Palace. Unfortunately, no changing of the guard on the day we were there

Nelson's Column in Trafalgar Square, along with the largest ship in a bottle I've ever seen

A side street with a bunch of antique shops. We found some pretty neat stuff there.

The British Museum, housing all of the things Britain took from other countries during the reign of the British Empire. Really neat stuff in there

Like the Rosetta Stone

They built a special room to house all of the statues from the Parthenon

Giant room of Greek vases, urns, and other things. Some of them were in brand new condition, which was neat to see

Cuneiform tablets, detailing all kinds of neat things from a very very long time ago.
And that's the end! Hope you enjoyed following along!
Just finished catching up - love all the pictures you guys! Hope your adventures were as wonderful as they looked and you're settling back in at home :)
